Research is key to success for any organization and hence Research and development is a continuous process at our organization & new uses and processes are continuously being looked into.

This is the basis for improving the quality of our products and services. The R & D Department drives fundamental research and lays the groundwork for future Innovation to explore new business opportunities.

It is because of this there is a strong urge to provide the best to all its customers & settling for nothing but the best. In pursuit of excellence, our R & D personnel have developed the industry's finest polymer products i.e. Kadpol, Kadcoat, K-Coat & K-SSG (Sodium Starch Glycolate) are in the process of constantly improving upon our products for achieving highest degree of performance to reducing the production cost and also in reducing impact on environment.

R & D is fundamental of the operations of a chemical company and with the aspiration of expanding our operations to a global scale our R & D department is supported with a state of art latest equipments along-with pilot plant which ensures smooth transition of our processes from R & D lab to commercial production.

Approximately 7% of our earning is utilized exclusively for R & D each year. Innovative outlook adds to our ability to compete at the highest levels.

Quality has been our foremost priority from the day one of inception. "Quality of our product depends on the quality of ingredients we are going to use", hence we make use of only best grade ingredients, sourced from the certified vendors for the formulation of Carbomers and Coating Polymers. In addition to this, we keep in mind & strictly follow the BP/EP/USP/NF specifications while processing these carbomers and coating polymers.

We have developed a sound production unit that is ISO & DUNS certified and a sophisticated quality testing unit where we process and check our finished products i.e. Carbomers and Coating Polymers & Sodium Starch Glycolate (SSG) under the supervision of professionals.

With the support of our amenities and professionals, now we are working towards achieving DMF, GMP & US-FDA certification.

Environment

Care for the environment and welfare of the people are some of the issues of prime importance for us.

All the production processes are hence carried out in a very environment friendly manner. To keep ourselves in tune with the environment, frequent safety audits are conducted.

We strongly believe that a green earth is a grand earth.

Various welfare schemes and opportunities like scholarship, aid camps, medical help, subsidized meals, employment to handicapped have been enforced. 3% of our income is spent for social uplifting.
